Terms of Service

By accessing or using Endurance AI you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Endurance AI is a personal running dashboard and AI-assisted training tool. It is a hobby side project, not a commercial product, and is provided free of charge on an invite-only basis.

The service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, availability, or continued operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service — or any part of it — at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

Endurance AI is not a medical service. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI-generated training plans and coaching responses are for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified sports coach, physiotherapist, or physician. Training recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.

Before starting or modifying any training programme, consult a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any medical condition, injury, or health concern. You train entirely at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content, plan, or advice generated by this service.

The AI coaching and plan generation features use large language models that can produce incorrect, outdated, or nonsensical output. We make no representation that any AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or safe. You are responsible for evaluating any AI output before acting on it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Endurance AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@endurance.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Connecting your Strava account is optional. By connecting Strava you also agree to Strava's Terms of Service. Your use of Strava data within Endurance AI is subject to the Strava API Agreement. We are not responsible for any interruption, change, or termination of Strava's services or API.

You may not use Endurance AI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service
• Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endurance AI and all content, features, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content.

This disclaimer applies equally to all third-party services used by Endurance AI, including Strava, OpenAI, Vercel, and others. Those providers are excluded from all liability for consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages arising from your use of this service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of Endurance AI, however caused and under any theory of liability.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £10 / $10.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endurance AI and its operator from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. On termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California for any disputes arising under these Terms. Nothing in this clause limits your rights to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where applicable law requires it.
